Why do I need to accept the Terms before using Zunn?
We ask everyone to accept the Terms so you understand how Zunn works, including moderation and direct payment.
Can I resume onboarding if I leave the chat?
Yes. Send /start in Telegram and you’ll be offered the next step where you left off.
How do I post a task?
Start in Telegram, share your task details, and confirm. Your task is reviewed and then goes live to Professionals.
How do questions and replies work?
Professionals can ask questions before you accept an offer. You’ll see the question in the bot and can reply there.
When does Zunn stop moderating messages?
Pre-acceptance messages are moderated. After you accept an offer and exchange contact details, you message directly.
What happens after I accept an offer?
We facilitate a one-time contact exchange. After that, you and the Professional communicate directly.
Do I pay through Zunn?
No. Zunn is not an escrow marketplace. Payment is arranged directly with the Professional.
When can I leave a review?
After a task is marked complete, both you and the Professional can leave a star rating and short review.
Are reviews moderated?
Yes. Review text is checked for safety and quality before it appears publicly.
What plans are available for Professionals?
Starter is free and includes 5 quotes per month. Pro and Elite are monthly plans with unlimited quotes.
What happens if a subscription is cancelled?
If a subscription ends, the account returns to Starter limits immediately.
Why is my task or profile under review?
Tasks, profiles, photos, and pre-acceptance messages are moderated to keep the marketplace safe.
How do I report a task or Professional?
Use the Report option in the bot. Reports are reviewed quickly by our safety team.
