Subscription data for Professionals is processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing details from Stripe such as plan status.

3. How we use information

To operate the marketplace, including posting tasks and delivering offers.

To moderate content and maintain platform safety.

To improve the Service, including analytics and performance.

To manage Professional subscriptions through Stripe.

4. Communication and handover

Pre-acceptance messages are handled through the Zunn bot and may be reviewed for moderation.

After an offer is accepted, Zunn may facilitate a one-time contact exchange. Further communication occurs directly between the parties, outside Zunn’s systems.

5. Sharing of information

We share information with Professionals or customers as needed to complete tasks.

We use service providers such as Stripe to process subscriptions and may share necessary information with them.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Zunn and our users.
