Terms for using Zunn

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zunn’s website, services, and Telegram bot (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zunn provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers (“Professionals”).

Zunn does not perform tasks and is not a party to any agreement between customers and Professionals.

Zunn is not an escrow or payment processor for task payments. Customers and Professionals arrange payment directly between themselves.

Professionals may purchase subscriptions through Stripe to access leads. Subscription fees are billed and managed by Stripe on Zunn’s behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

When you post a task, you are responsible for ensuring the description is accurate and lawful.

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, availability, pricing, and any information they provide.

Pre-acceptance communication is facilitated through the Zunn bot.

Once an offer is accepted, Zunn may facilitate a one-time exchange of contact details. After that, communication and payment occur directly between the customer and the Professional.

Zunn may review or moderate task posts, profile updates, and pre-acceptance messages.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Professionals are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Zunn.

Professionals are responsible for licensing, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any Professional or task.

Zunn does not guarantee outcomes, task completion, or quality of work performed.

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that infringes third-party rights.

You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

The Service and its content are owned by Zunn or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Zunn disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zunn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Zunn’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Zunn in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the date below. Your continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
